Vice City in GTA 6
Vice City is the metropolitan center of Grand Theft Auto VI's setting. It sits within Leonida, Rockstar Games' fictional state inspired by Florida.
Official trailers and screenshots show a modern version of the city with beaches, nightlife, highways, waterways, social media culture, and dense urban neighborhoods. Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos become caught in a criminal conspiracy that stretches beyond the city across the state.
The state of Leonida
Official GTA 6 materials show that Leonida includes more than Vice City's urban core. Rockstar has revealed coastal islands, wetlands, industrial areas, rural communities, and northern wilderness.
The sources linked here provide a visual introduction to Leonida. They do not establish a measured map size or a count of accessible interiors.
Vice City history
The name previously appeared in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. GTA 6 reimagines the location in the modern era rather than returning to the 1980s setting of the earlier games.
Coverage notes
This guide introduces the city through official promotional materials. It is not a complete district directory, mission map, or property database.
Places named by Rockstar
The official location introduction names Ocean Beach, Little Cuba, the Tisha-Wocka flea market, and VC Port. These are useful starting points for exploring the city; they are not a complete map. Explore Rockstar’s location materials.
